I need help. Pain on left side.?

My Felopien tubes are swollen each side. And I have a pain when I walk on the left side. I thought I was pregnant but come to find out it was negative at the doctors. I had many symptoms. And had a very imodd period. Anyone ever heard of such a thing like this? Help?
