What is the best tire inch size for a bmx bike?

My bike's front inner tube keeps on popping. I have replaced it 3 times now in 2 weeks. I don't know if the rim or the tire is causing this problem. I'm thinking of just buying a new bike, because my current bike now is an old mongoose and it has a few other problems. I also have no idea what kind of mongoose i have. So if anyone could tell me what the best tire inch size would be for a bmx bike and what kind of mongoose i own? Also is there a way to upload a pic onto here?
