Do you know the NAME of this SONG?

This song starts of with a female vocalizing. She sounds somber and sad. The tune she's vocalizing sounds like something from lord of the rings. Then the song picks up slightly with a beat. A man (he sounded black) begins to rap/talk. I heard this song on a rock/alternative station. Its a shot in the dark but any ideas? Thanks
